A summary of what we did.

image

Over the weekend(last sun), we brought the children to bendeemer food centre/market.

Well, normally the husband will go to the market every weekend to get some groceries for me and to get breakfast as well.

But we decided to ‘bring the whole village there’ last week.

Firstly to let the children have a feel of what is a wet market and food Centre all about.

Now, in the past we had always thought that Ayden can’t sit well or rather is too short to sit on the round table with stools. But last sun, he proved me wrong!
He can sit quite well and is just nice for his height. This made us even more wanted to bring the kids there for breakfast on sun the next time round.

They love the different type of food we had ordered and kept giving praise to it.

Since the husband is on leave yesterday, we went for a short library trip and had our lunch out there. In the evening after the children woke up from nap time, I’ve decided to bring them down to cycle and scoot after quite a while. They were so so excited to go down.

Normally I’m not able to bring them down on a weekday evening as I’m busy with all the housework during that timing.

But since the husband is at home, he is able to help me clear up the place while I bring the kids down.

I’m sure the children hope Daddy is at home in the evening so that they can get to play!

Teaching the children

image

Be thankful in life is always the word that we must always remember.
Teaching the children the right values of certain things in life.

Making them understand since young is important. As they absorb new things fast, I believe it’s good to input lots of things in them now.

Fun at Happy Willow

We brought the kids to happy willow located at One KM mall the other day.(Daddy’s birthday)

They had great fun there as it was their very first time to happy willow.

We were the first customer to enter the indoor playground!

And so this was partly the reason why everything is in place when we came.

After playing, the children get to enjoy a simple snack before we proceed to our lunch.

Daddy jokingly said that it seems to be the children Birthday than his. :)

It’s every parents wish to see their children enjoying themselves.

Using these wooden blocks and minifigs which we had,the children show their creativity by building these blocks and placing these minifigs on it.

It was cute and a good way to enhance their little kinds, their thinking of how they would want things to be done.

I love this! :)

We celebrated Daddy’s 34th Birthday last week.
Did a non bake cheesecake together with the two children.

They were so excited to present their little cards and this non bake cheesecake to daddy.

Of course we had a simple lunch together as well after which. :)

Learning thru playing

This is interesting.
What I did with Ayden was to get him to throw the dice and get a number.

Next he will place the number of pom poms (depending on the number seen on the dice) and have it placed on the paper.

Pom poms meant to act as teeth. :)

Till he finishes everything.

Using Styrofoam numbers and cubes.
Ayden fixes the cubes according to the Styrofoam numbers he sees there.

That’s all! :)

A trip to Nex library

More than a week ago, I brought the two children to Nex library and a meal out there during the day time while the Daddy is at work.

It’s get so much easier to handle two children outside on my own now as compared to the past when Ayden was much younger.

At least he listens now.

This school holidays isn’t any boring at all as we spend like one day out and the rest of the four days are basically a trip to the nearby supermarket or play base learning at home with the two children.

Things get easier(yes for now)

Back to the topic of this outing.
They listen and spend a great time out there with them.

Just three train stops away from home. We spend almost half a day there and the children get to choose n read books they want.

Of course we borrowed and lug back 13 books that day!
